One thing i noticed, they like to talk in their language too much. I think its rude. Also, the room i was in i noticed that there was floss, cotton rolls on the floor. My husband used to be paranoid  of dentists all his life; NOT any more. The billing department does a great job and I don't have to go calling them and my insurance as I had to do with some other doctor's office. I have a very sensitive jaw. They give me enough breaks without making me feel guilty about wasting their time. Definitely recommend. What I have learnt over the years is that the fancy expensive décor is not what matters, What really matters is how a doctor's office treats you , start to finish. Took my family member in 45 min after the appointment time. (Not the first time) Front lady didn't want to give us complentary services that the doctor had been giving for 8 years to us as loyal customers. Kristine, the front lady, and the same one making appointments also lied to us about teeth whitening. The doctor sees you for about 30 seconds to make small talk but the dental hygiene staff is great so we don't care. That's why this got 2 stars. Kristine at the front desk is the real problem. She acts like her word his final and as if she has an actual say in the final decision. Ever since they got more offices and better business, customer care is out the window. But who cares? They were rated with the most five stars, and having gone there they certainly rate all of their stars. Their staff especially Christine their receptionist/ office manager are very upbeat and friendly. Christine was very detailed explaining all the dental fees and insurance coverage. Dr. Cartago was very informative, and for the first time showed me an actual picture of the two cracked teeth that I had. I had two crowns put in both with no problems. Both put in in just two visits in office. I had a slight adjustment after a week in one which they were happy to fit me in. Both crowns are perfect. Long story short, everything went very smoothly and I couldn't be happier with the treatment. I love how the staff and doctor recognize me straight away and always remember specific details about my life outside of the dentist office. Dr. Cartago is not just a pretty cool guy, but extremely attentive with a very gentle way of cleaning and taking care of other dental issues (like cavities). What further helps is that the technology he uses is top notch. I genuinely don't mind going to the dentist anymore! It looks fairly new, with modern facilities. The waiting room has a TON of magazines but you don't need them because I've never had to wait. The waiting room has 2 computers with internet for your use, a large tv screen, flavored coffees, waters and cookies!
